The Ph.D. in Business Administration program is dedicated to training of the next generations of leading scholars in business. The philosophy of the program is to build on a solid foundation in the social sciences to develop rigorous analytical capabilities in the study of the underlying disciplines while discussing topics of common interest in a diverse community of scholars.

The Martin de Tours School of Business and Economics consists of faculty with diversified profiles in research, teaching, and consulting. All faculty members in the Ph.D. program hold doctoral degrees from premier institutions and are with extensive academic research experience or industrial experience. Our doctoral program is kept deliberately small henceforth our faculty members are dedicated to the training and development of each student. Since its establishment in 1969, the Martin de Tours School of Business and Economics has developed an outstanding reputation for its interdisciplinary programs in business, many of our alumni have obtained senior positions in local and multinational firms.
